Milan Nestarec has decided to make the new vintages of Podfuck using not only Pinot Gris but mainly Blaufränkisch and Pinot Noir. The result is an elegant red with good minerality, notes of violets, blackberry, redcurrant and ginger. It does have the Pinot Noir style to it.
