The Weissburgunder grapes of the Parzellás wine from Schmitt‘ family fermented and matured in Georgian Amphoras. 30% of the mash remained in contact with the juice for about a year blessing the wine with that gorgeous colour and a complex style. The wine has a nice caramel aroma in the nose, on the palate it has herbal notes, delicious flavours of dry honey, yellow apple and macadamia nut.
