The St. Laurent Bambule is the craziest of Judith Beck’s selection. Made with carbonic maceration, no filtration and no sulphites added, the rosé is wild yet elegant. Notes of pomegranate, strawberry, raspberry, cream, lime and Tonka bean, soft tannins and gentle acidity.
