About us
Just the two of us
We are a young couple, Nina and Rafael and for 8 years we run a little shop / winebar (Enoteca Settemila) in the centre of Salzburg. In 2021 we moved our business exclusively online. We both have worked in restaurants and bars since we were 15 years old and both always had a weakness for wine.
We met at the Four Seasons Hotel in London where Rafael worked as a Sommelier and Nina as a hostess. We connected over a glass of natural wine and that's how it all started!
Why "Natural Wine Dealers"?
Natural wine was pretty much unknown in Salzburg when we first open the wine bar in 2013. Trying to present something new and daring felt like a dealer job. Many people were used to conventional wines and had already a specific idea of how certain wines should taste and new flavours, colours and styles were not accepted immediately, it was like selling a 'forbidden' product.
We Believe In
Back to the Roots
If we combine modern knowledge with the way wine used to be made, we obtain a sustainable product with minimal effort and risks. We aim to support an agriculture without chemicals, that cares for our Planet, that promotes biodiversity and healthy soil. We owe it to the Earth.
Small businesses
We choose small wineries, family run businesses where labour is kept within the family members and there is no exploitation. We visit the wineries personally, we talk with producers about it, we try our best to support the wineries that are doing a great job in this topic.
Only the best
We believe in wine producers that live a natural lifestyle, that want to make a change in the world by producing healthy, quality wine. What is a quality wine for us? A wine that has been cared for in every step of the way: from the soil (no chemicals used), through the harvest (only the best grapes are selected) to the production (no use of additives).How we roll

We know all the producers we work with, we like them, we love what they do and we believe in their philosophy.
There is no wine here that we don't like
Every single wine bottle, every single vintage gets tasted before landing online. We sell only what we like.
