Bianka and Daniel Schmitt are young and passionate. Their philosophy is to be in total harmony with Mother Nature. This means biodynamic farming, no chemicals, no sulphites and low intervention. No rush in the cellar: time is important for the wine to reach its full potential. Their natural wines are amazing, they go from light and glou glou, to complex and serious, from fun PetNats to crazy ciders. Some comes in a litre bottle, which is awesome news!
