The Fogosch from Joiseph is a Grüner Veltliner with a short maceration on the skins. It is a balanced and fruity white wine. Apple and pear flavours, light caramel and peach. The salty minerality in this delicious wine is a result of the typical terroir in Jois, limestone, and slate. A version of Grüner Veltliner that can’t be left untasted.
