Luka Zeichmann, one of the producers of Joiseph winery, likes to take on solo projects. The Obstperlwein is one of them. A natural cider made from apples, pears and quince. The pet nat is very very cloudy, tilt it carefully to stir up the sediments. It presents a funky nose at first which disappears eventually. A super fun, light and fresh cider!
Tipp: The Cider is explosive, a lot of foam comes out, so be very careful when opening the bottle!!
