The Quantum Winery Dekonstruktion Weiss is dark in color, kind of in between orange and white wine. It has the freshness and the peppery style of a typical Grüner Veltliner coated with some smokiness and yeastiness. Lime, ginger and bay leaf are the main flavours, this is a great summery wine.
