In a hell mood

Grapes were not de-stemmed. Matured on the lees. Bottle fermented and disgorged. No sulfites added.

In a hell mood from Rennersistas was dedicated to their father Helmut. Both 2021 and 2022 are summery, light, fresh and crisp. Kind of herbal in the nose, minty we would say; on the palate is citrusy, nice acidity, green apple and pear aromas and a mild nutty aftertaste. Some smokiness in there too, hazelnut and grapefruit. It definitely puts anyone in a hell of a mood!
