In the nose: almonds, Tonka bean, bread and hint of caramel; meanwhile in the palate you’ll taste dried apricots, peach, yellow apple, a touch of oxi and you could go on and on with many other flavours that develop every minute.

If Riffault would ever make a sparkling wine it would taste like this one!!
