The Pinot Brut Nature from Bianka and Daniel is made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc and it has a fantastic minerality and complexity. No dosage and no added sulfites, it presents this bready aftertaste like in traditional Champagne. We noticed a lovely dill aroma in both the nose and palate.
