The Hip Hop is the one with the barnyard scent! This funky feature that is often found in natural wines makes this cider the wild one of the Decideret selection. Made from mixed garden apples and Mosaic, Simcoe and Mandarina Bavaria hops. The hops, that are added before the second fermentation, do not give the bitterness like you’d expect, instead slight smoky notes topped by freshness and minerality. Perfect for adventurous people.
