Les Pucelles is a particular plot of Cabernet Franc where the vines present a rather woody stalks where normally are green and thick. This gives the wine a rustic style. Balanced oveall with notes of blackberry, a touch of cassis and rosemary. 50% of the grapes are not destemmed blessing this wonderful red with well integrated tannins.
