The Wilde Heimat from 2Naturkinder is a fantastic orange wine. The Silvaner grapes grow on Keuper soil, on a very steep hill therefore difficult to farm. The style of the wine could remind you of a vintage Champagne without the bubbles, it’s super elegant, mineral and it’s slightly oxidative. Gorgeous in the nose with complex flavours: almonds, hazelnuts and toasted bread. On the palate delicious dried fruits.
