The Laissez Faire White 2021 by Christian Tschida has great complexity and a lovely salty minerality. Aromas of lime, grapefruit, mirabelle plum and apricot and great acidity.

The 2019 is a citrusy, zesty, mineral Riesling. Elegant and complex. Lime and pear. This year a tiny bit less acidity.
