Big used oak barrels. Matured on the lees.

The Rosatant from Joiseph is a delicious, cloudy rosé made from Blaufränkisch grapes. A bit fizzy at first, then cherry, raspberry and a slight herbal touch, sage perhaps? Low tannins, great minerality and a touch of saltiness.
