The Mine de rien is the crazy orange wine from Domaine des Mathouans made from Muscat a Petit Grains grapes. It has spent long time on the skins ( not destemmed) therefore you’ll notice a great level of tannins. A floral explosion in the nose, especially a stunning bouquet of jasmine, on the palate you have dryhoney, rosemary and some tropical aromas.

Domaine des Mathouans
From desk life to vineyard!
The Domaine de Mathouans is a small winery in the South of France, in the heart of the Roussillon region. Aline Hock, the winemaker behind it, took over the terroir with some 100-year-old vines and turned the 12-hectare land fully bio-dynamic. Crazy floral notes characterise her quite distinctive wines made from indigenous grape varieties.
