Erdreich 2020

Macerated for 4 weeks on the skins. Matured in big used oak barrels.

Erdreich from Bianka and Daniel Schmitt is as fruity and as aromatic as you would expect from Muskateller and Scheurebe grapes. The charming wine has an explosion of elderflower, peach and litchi notes. Some melon and a hint of rose. It is dry in the palate and complex and it has a lovely floral aftertaste.
