The wine is refermented in the bottle with addition of Xinomavro must. Not disgorged. Bottled by hand. Remontage for 3 weeks after bottling. No sulphites added.

The Kamara‘s Blooming Island is a really delicious cloudy sparkling wine. The rosé pet nat was created when the two producer's daughters got married. A festive bottle full of fun aromas: strawberry, blackberry, yellow apple & pear. It’s your perfect summer refreshment!
