Eiswein Zweigelt 2018

Eiswein has become a rarity in Austria due to the more milder winters. The grapes in-fact need to be harvested frozen, the temperature must be -8°C and often the harvest happens in the night.
This Zweigelt is super fruity and balanced, it has lots of aromas like raisins, prunes, honey and dry apricots. Such a fantastic balanced sweetness in this fine and pleasant dessert wine.
