Amphora, intracellular fermentation
Johannes Zillinger‘s Muskateller from the NUMEN line is probably the most aromatic one from the series. It has noticeably more dimensions than a Muskateller usually does. This unfiltered natural wine has gone through intracellular fermentation, hence its complexity and long finish. An explosion of flavours: lots of litchi and peach, some floral notes mainly jasmine and rose.
