The Tenute Dettori Chimbanta is made from Monica grapes and it’s a very aromatic red wine. In the nose aromas of forest fruits and spices like cinnamon and cloves. The slight fizziness at the beginning is followed by notes of cherry, plums, white pepper and black olives. All is balanced out by some stony mineral finish.
