“Schlicht und Ergreifend” Cuvée Orange from Schmelzer is another awesome macerated wine, matured in small barrels it has gained delicious oaky aromas:vanilla and caramel. It is also creamy, herbal and peachy. It has earthy tannins, a hint of hay and some acidity.
