Johannes Trapl‘s Uni6 – pronounced unisex in German- is a cuvée of Blaufränkisch (80%) and Sankt Laurent. It comes in a pet nat bottle however it is not sparkling! The 2022 is a light rosé, summery with a light fizz. It has aromas of pomegranate, red currant, green tea leaves and a hint of rose petals.
