short time skin fermented in amphoras, slow and gentle pressing, stored and matured in 700 lt barrels of acacia for 22 month without any intervention.
This Grüner Veltliner from Zillinger's Numen series comes from old vines; the best selected grapes are fermented in Georgian Amphoras, the extremely complex golden juice is mineral and salty with notes of yellow apple, lime and saffron. A light oxidative note elevate this wine to a deeper level. Wonderful long finish too!
