Hunny Bunny 2023

Bunches are de-stemmed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, ageing in big used barrels.

Judith Beck‘s Hunny Bunny is a light Blaufränkisch. Bright in colour, it has a light fizz at first which disappears fast. The wine is fruity and fun with notes of raspberry, cranberry, pomegranate and cherry. It is a light red but it can be also considered a dark rosé, it’s whatever you want it to be, that’s the fun part!
