The Pure Joy Hop(e) is a botanical wine created by Julie Hoch. This is made by adding hopes to the fermenting wine resulting in an elegant, dry slightly sparkling drink that has a hint of beer flavour! Such a cool and delicious product, the hops aroma in there is mild and pleasant, there is a touch of yeastiness and some citrusy notes. Highly recommended!!
