Foot trodden. Maceration for 17 days on the skins in stainless steel tanks. Ageing in oak barrels. No sulfites added.

Krawallo is an old Viennese expression which means troublemaker, this crazy orange wine by Projekt Wildtyp spent long time on the skins and has no added sulphur. The wine presents nice earthy tannins, herbal flavours and a rustic style. It has a bunch of tasty aromas like dried apricots, yellow apple, Tonka bean and light caramel.

The 2022 is not rustic or herbal but rather aromatic with a powerful and deep character. Oaky notes of vanilla and caramel. Aromas of pear, dried apricot and Tonka bean.
