Maceration for 6 days in whole clusters followed by 12 months of ageing in century-old casks.

The Fox Gewürztraminer is aromatic and floral! Lots of peaches and roses plus some herbal notes. Wonderful complexity and an astonishing colour! The wine is made naturally without sulfites and we recommend to enjoy it within two days.
