The Chelva from Vinos Ambiz comes from El Tiemblo, the Sierra de Gredos region in Spain. This crazy, cloudy orange wine comes with lovely aromatic flavours. Wild scents in the nose are alleviated by lots of delicious elderflowers. Fruity in the palate with notes of peach, mango and nettle.

We always suggest redistributing the yeast equally by tilting the bottle couple of times. Open and enjoy!

There is nothing comparable!

Vinos Ambiz is a micro-winery run by Fabio Bartolomei. Born and raised in Scotland with Italian parents, he decided to move to Spain 20 years ago. After working out of sheds and garages, he found his path to happiness, making low-intervention wine.
