12 months of aging on the lees after that he wine matures for 7 months in used French oak barrels.
J22 by Dom Bliskowice is made with an indegenous Polish grape variety: Johanniter. The wine is light, fresh and salty, it surprises the palate with its electrifying acidity. The lovely caramel aftertaste comes from the time spent in French barrels. We like to drink this wine accompanied by fresh oysters or a fish ceviche (not too spicy though).

Ambition
Wine is rarely connected to Polish traditions, but Maciej and Lech have proved us wrong. They have taken a challenge upon themselves to produce natural wine in Poland, excellent results came out of it. The 2 ambitious wine makers are able to surprise us with their delicious, complex and full of character wines. Add the artsy labels to all of this and you got yourself a bunch of great masterpieces!
