Maceration for 11 days on the skins. 65% spent time in new barrels and 35% in stainless steel tanks. No sulfites added.

Schlawina is orange Neuburger. Powerful tannins, lots of flavours: pear, apricot, black tea leaves and a hint of caramel. A touch of saltiness and a splash of citrus fruits too.
