Ein Quantum Chaos rot from Quantum Winery won’t be as chaotic of an experience as its title suggests. It’s a light red fieldblend, almost a rosé in style (perhaps not knowing whether the wine is a red or a rosé explains the ‘Chaos’ Florian is referring to). Nice fruitiness in there, aromas of raspberry, strawberry and red currant. Refreshing and summery. It’s got a chill and funky vibe but it’s a super glou-glou wine. Serve it chilled!
