The Tenute Dettori Bianco 2020 is an explosion of delicious ripe fruits like melon, pineapple, apricot and peach. Lots of dried fruits in there too. We were blown after the first sip. Nice tannins but low in acidity, it’s the perfect wine to pair with cheese and desserts. Be ready for the 17% of alcohol!
