Every vintage Judith makes this awesome Pet Nat with different grapes. The 2022 is a blend of Pinot Noir and Muskat. Such a fantastic elegant sparkling with lots of apricot aromas, some green apple, a bit of peach and a scent of jasmine plus a mild salty finish. It is balanced and light and not too crazy in style, a Pet Nat made to please everyone at the party!
