Bottle fermented

The Petillant Weiss from Bianka and Daniel Schmitt is a very interesting Pet Nat. The main delicious flavour that comes to mind is pineapple, a pure dry pineapple juice, then you have some tangerine and peach too. It’s fruity and floral with a light oxidative note and a lovely mild bready aftertaste.

Tasting Update:
We retasted the Pet Nat on the 30.12.24. The perlage is still very fine. the bready notes come out a bit more. It keeps getting better...
