Chardonnay Bambule by Judith Beck has spent 2 weeks on the skins and 15 months on the lees in used barrels. The result is outstanding: aromatic, complex and fruity. Lots of flavours in there like melon, peach, mango and apricot. Mild acidity and tannins.
