Riesling

Acacia barrels, fermented in open vats

Mira’s Riesling grow on sand soil, the grapes macerated in open vats and spent time in acacia barrels. The result in a 2022 is a light and citrusy wine with notes of yellow grapefruit, apricot, lime and mint. Expect a nice acidity!

The 2023 looks brighter, more like a white wine with lime and apricot notes, a light oaky and creamy touch. Fresh, elegant and lovely minerality.
