The Strohmeier TLZ Gelb is made from mainly Chardonnay grapes with a small addition of Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is complex and mineral. It has notes of hay, pear, grapefruit and light peach. In the nose lovely apricot notes. Great acidity in there, saltiness and a beautiful long finish.
