The Transcendent from Milan Nestarec is made of 3 grape varieties. The Pinot Blanc was macerated on the skins whilst Pinot Noir and Blaufränkisch were pressed directly resulting in a very light red color (or dark rosé). Strawberry and cherry, a touch of creamy and peppery notes. Such an elegant and complex wine.
