After fermentation Muscat goes into small amphoras for some months. The next year fermenting must of Moschofilero is added to the bottled wine which provides that great sparkle. Not disgorged.

The Kamara‘s Pet Nat Blooming Mountain is a really delicious cloudy sparkling orange. The wine is made by mainly white Muscat grapes and therefore the wine is fruity & aromatic. Fun aromas of mango & peach. There are some charming floral notes in there too, especially orange blossoms.

Open carefully, lots of foam might shoot out!
