The Chenin Blanc from Costador is based on minerality rather than in fruitiness. It has a light saltiness plus a zesty aftertaste and some citrusy notes like lime and lemon. Some green apple and caramel in there too. The grapes macerated 1 week on the skins giving the wine this lovely golden colour.
