The Bianco from Dario Princic was meant to be an entry level into the orange wine world however year after year Dario has made it crazier and crazier. Herbal notes, nice volatile acidity, powerful tannins and great complexity. Apricot, quince, liquorice and vermut leaf are some of the flavours we detected but there is way more in there!!
