The Fadbelagtig is the creamy one of the Decideret ciders. It is made from 2/3 of Holsteiner Cox apples. The cider aged in bourbon barrels for a year. After aging the juice of Topaz apples is added right before bottling and the second fermentation initiates naturally inside the bottle. The cider pet nat is complex and fresh.
