The Spontan is the freshest cider of all six Decideret ciders. It is crisp and summery and has pleasant herbal, minty aroma. It is made from eating varieties apples, Sydhavsøerne and Rød Aroma. The first ones fermented in 2018 and the juice of the second one was added a year after to trigger the second fermentation. One month of maceration with the pomace to give the extra kick.
