The 2 grape varieties ferment separately both whole bunches both in amphoras. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Skin maceration for 30 days. The blended wine ages in amphoras for 9 months.
Keramos Orange from Kamara Winery aged in amphora for 9 months giving the wine that “amphora” character: earthy, rustic and complex. Super dry, aromas of clementine, orange peel and green mango. Expect some nice tannins.
This wine will express its full potential in a couple of years. It can be aged for up to 5 years.
