Les Chaineaux is an elegant Chenin Blanc with a golden colour and a cloudy look. Lots of delicious pears in there, yellow apple and apricot too. The wine is aged for a year in used oak barrels which gives the wine that gentle oak-y touch. It has great complexity, a balanced style and a charming minerality.
