Two are the grape varieties behind the Waiting for Tom Weiss of Rennersistas: Pinot Blanc (70%) and Chardonnay (30%). Really fun to drink, it’s smooth, mild and fruity. We detected some ripe fruits like pear and papaya. It’s an overall balanced white with a tiny fizz which makes it even more special!
The 2022 has citrus fruits, green tea and pear aromas. Like the previous vintage is fruity and balanced. It has a tiny bit more acidity, therefore is more summery and fresh.
