One of the most special Rieslings we have ever tasted! The Langenberg not only has a very particular soil, a brown soil with a granite substrate (granite composition - mica, quartz and feldspars) but also the way the vineyard is farmed is special with Permaculture and agroforestry techniques. The Riesling spent time with the flor yeast therefore it gains that complex oxidative style. Light pencil shavings, creamy and bready notes. Apricot aroma and a lovely stony minerality.
