Le Pérou is made with Cabernet Franc and it is the only parcel surrounded by woods, the vines benefit from a special micro climate. The wine is bright due to the light and gentle skin maceration. It is juicy and aromatic, strawberry and cream at first, then cherry and blackberry! Mild in acidity and tannins, it is a delicious red that will make everyone happy!
